Had a great experience at Tires Direct in Fresno. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and got me taken care of quickly. Pricing was unbeatable and the work was done professionally. It’s hard to find a tire shop that combines good customer service, quality work, and competitive prices, but Tires Direct delivered on all three. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for tires or wheel service.

Quick, easy, fast and friendly service!! Will definitely return!! Wasn't too sure, I bought tires from an online site at work. Is there a waiting room? No, but the guys are nice and I was in and out in about 15 minutes or less.

They are very unprofessional labor they don’t know how to installs tires . we installed 8 drive tires from them and they bent one of the wheel after some hundred miles tire pop out and damaged because someone hit on the wheel during installation of tires and after we reached out to this owner and he refused to take any responsibility. it cost me another new tire with new wheel so please better go another place who serve you best .
